The subject of the public procurement contract is the maintenance of BMS building automation software. The software is intended for the management of the automation of the equipment in the building. The subject of the purchase is divisible into parts, namely Part 1 Maintenance of software for building automation - BMS and Part 2 Maintenance of building automation equipment - BMS. The bidder must include all components in his bid, otherwise the bid will be considered unacceptable. The economic operator can make an offer for one, more or for all parts of the subject of procurement. The bidder cannot divide the constituent elements of the individual part. The price offered should include import duties if any. The economic operator submits an offer for each part individually. It is mandatory to fill out the offer forms for the respective part for which the offer is submitted (with a separate offer form for each part separately).
