The tasks to be performed as part of the maintenance are presented by equipment and system:

1.Maintenance of low current systems

Fire alarm centers, video surveillance systems, access control system, intrusion alarm center, motion detectors, opening detectors and other devices with electronic power supplymaintenance of equipment with or without it, or security lighting center

2.Maintenance of ventilation chimneys

2 pcs, small ventilation chimneys made of solid brick, -37x96 cm chimney dimensions- impregnation of the upper part of the roof, examination of the roof shell with preparation of minutes

3.Automatic glassjtok maintenance

Maintenance in order to maintain safe operation and its documentation

4.Maintenance of other doors

Cleaning and oiling of glass doors, fire-resistant doors, as well as non-required steel case doors, maintenance of fire-resistant doors in accordance with OTSZ with documentation

5.Maintenance of roller blinds and slatted blinds

Maintenance of 12 motorized blinds and 16 manually operated blinds

6.Maintenance of wooden entrance doors on ground level

Removal of dirt, repair of hairline cracks, maintenance of automation of door moving motors (4 pcs)

7.Maintenance of power distribution equipment

Distribution cabinets 12 units and UPS

8.Maintenance of phase correction equipment
