Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract relating to servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance and replacement services for individual domestic hot water generators (bath heaters) using town gas, connected to a static burnt gas evacuation systemues or on a suction cup, as well as checking the proper functioning of these systems and other ventilation and ventilation devices in the home, with the exception of controlled mechanical ventilation (station 1). This contract also covers the services defined below:

- Maintenance andt maintenance with full guarantee of wall-mounted boilers, gas bath heaters and heating distribution equipment as well as the DHW of the homes they supply,

- Upkeep and maintenance with full guarantee of VMC GAZ installations on which the generators are connectedordered, as well as collective security devices,

- Replacement of generators according to needs

The market also includes the services of electric hot water tanks, electric radiators, as well as maintenance services for clean gas radiators at the Julian residenceGrimaud in Villejuif.
