The consultation concerns maintenance and servicing work on elevators owned by SOCACONAM. 25/160 The consultation concerns maintenance and servicing work on elevators owned by SOCACONAM. The services subject to the contract give rise to the conclusion of a mixed contract, all of the items of which are broken down as follows: -Item 1: preventive maintenance services (monthly, half-yearly, annual visits) including troubleshooting 365 days a year. These The latter give rise to an ordinary renewable contract treated at a global and fixed price. -Item 2: routine maintenance work on existing devices (corrective maintenance/vandalism, etc.) gives rise to a framework agreement with a single purchase order awarded pursuant to articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
