R4-I4 Service of support, maintenance and upgrading of the information system for monitoring and preventing drug shortages in the Republic of Croatia. It is an information system made as a result of the implementation of project C5.1. R4-I4 from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026. The system enables better recognition and reporting of potential shortages. An additional benefit of the system, apart from better analytics, is a quick insight into availability medicine on the market, thereby increasing the safety and sustainability of the healthcare system. The subject of this procurement is the procurement of support services, maintenance and upgrading of the information system for monitoring and preventing drug shortages in the Republic of Croatia.
