Maintenance and upgrades of the CARNET SIGMA system Upgrade of the ODOO version of the CARNET sigma system The subject of this procurement procedure is the maintenance and upgrade of the system for informatization of business operations of institutions (SIGMA) and the upgrade from the Odoo Community 12 platform to Odoo Community 18. CARNET's system for informatization of institutions' operations was developed within the project "e-Schools: Establishment of a system for the development of digitally mature schools (pilot project)", with the aim of establishing a centralized, unified and standardized system for computerization of operations and monitoring of business processes in schools. The subject of procurement is the upgrading and maintenance of CARNET's system for the computerization of the operations of institutions - SIGMA and its modules/instances. Upgrades refer to the existing production system (ODOO Community 12) which must remain functional during the entire period of implementation of the activities of switching to the newer version of the ODOO Community 18 platform. The scope of procurement includes activities for regular maintenance, debugging, adjustments due to business or legal requirements and minor functional upgrades necessary for the smooth operation of the system until the transition to a new version. The subject of the procurement is the upgrade of CARNET's system for informatization of institutions' operations - SIGMA and its modules/instances with Odoo Community 12 on Odoo Community 18.
