The purpose of this market is to conclude a framework agreement aimed at guaranteeing the sustainability of the Solarwinds Orionor monitoring tool. This tool is used by the Telecom team and the Stib incident management supervision team since 2017 to monitor the proper functioning and performance of All of its office and industrial computer network environment, all materials combined.
