Maintenance and support of the computing infrastructure, storage network and central data backup and recovery system of the Complutense University of Madrid It deals with evolutionary maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support and provision of professional services associated with the computing infrastructure, storage network and central data backup and recovery system of the Complutense University of Madrid, during the period between December 1, 2026 and November 30, 2029. The contract includes the maintenance and support of the central computing platform, Cisco UCS infrastructure, Dell servers, SuperMicro servers, HPE servers, Fiber Channel storage network, CommVault data backup and recovery, associated licenses, professional support services, guard and remote monitoring, as well as technological updating of critical storage and computing elements. Also included are: of connectivity and auxiliaries necessary for the correct functioning of the global solution, such as cabling, power supplies, Fiber Channel switches, rack elements and other components linked to the infrastructure object of the contract, excluding Ethernet/IP data network equipment.
