Quotation are invited for Maintenance and Repairs on the Existing Switchgear Roof.

Deadline for submission - quotations are due by 16:00 PM on September 21, 2023 (local time).

Requirements to submit a fully acceptable quotation.

· Deadline for submission - quotations are due by 16:00 PM on September 21, 2023 (local time). Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

· Submission - quotations must be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov

· Subject line of the e-mail - must include the RFQ number and company name.

· Attachments - all documents attached to the e-mail must be either Microsoft Word or PDF.

Note: We will not accept offers that include links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies.

· SF-1449 - this form must be completed as per instructions in the solicitation.

· Required sections of the solicitation - all the information requested must be included:

In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, the Government is planning a site visit.

Prospective offerors that would like to attend, should send an email, no later than September 11, 2023, at 12:00 PM local time to Leen Alkhayat at alkhayatla@state.gov and provide the following information:

company name, and attendees- names (maximum 2).

Offerors are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov by September 14, 2023, at 02:00 PM local time. The questions and the Government-s answers will be publicly available on the Embassy website.

Contract award

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
