Tenders are invited for Term Contract One (1) Year Maintenance and Repair Works (Roof Leak and Waterproofing) at Universiti Brunei Darussalam

Investigate and repair roof leaks including replacement with new of roof aanelfroof tile, metal roofing and etc), roof fiashina defective ceiling joists, trusses Of any) and other member and to replace with new one. (1 (one) spot equal to 1 m2 area per location) including sealant application and all necessary accessories in accordance to Soecification A CONTROL PROCEDURE HEALTH. SAFETY. SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT
a) At ground floor to 1 storey height. S 100.00 M2
b) 2 story height and above. $ 200.00 M2

2 To remove and apply new sealant to alass ioint. aiucobond wall
ioint. metal roofina ioint and etc to S.O instruction aooivcation to
manufacture detail. All rate include the supply of labor, materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, transport and other things deemed necessary to carried out the following works including removal of existing item and its accessories in accordance to Specification A CONTROL PROCEDURE HEALTH. SAFETY. SECURITY & ENVIRONMENT.

1 Supply and Install
Install UPVC eaves Gutter and including mild steel bracket at 1.2m center joints in accordance with the manufacture's instruction including all necessary cutting and fixing. Size: 85mm width $ 30.00 M

1 Supply and install suspended ceiling similar to existing including extra hanger to follow existing slope and level.

finish c/w all other related components ( all flat roof, side, bottom
of gutter etc and clear surface using appropriate solvent to bare
concrete and dispose off site and all necessary work required. Rate
shall also include to locate and seal all cracks with light weight
mortar.
