A second objective is to contract for a period of 36 months, the preventive and corrective maintenance service, improvement, repair and emergencies of Vertical transportation systems elevators, escalators, freight elevators, stair lifts, among others, installed in buildings of the Municipality of Las Condes, in order to preserve their normal functioning, protect and prolong the useful life as described in these Bases.
