The subject of the Purchase is the provision of maintenance services for technical security systems - periodic inspections, servicing and emergency repairs of technical security devices, systems and software for the protection of persons and property, cooperation (technical support) with the Ordering Party in the assessment of the technical condition of devices and installations, reporting needs related to the supplementation, reconstruction or expansion of the installation, applying for the replacement of obsolete elements and preparing cost estimates and valuations in this regard, providing support in the operation of installed security systems, carried out both by telephone and via remote access (e.g. remote desktop), in order to quickly solve problems and provide instruction, implementation for the Ordering Party.
