Tender Details

As part of this consultation, the city of Nîmes acts as contracting authority. The market is not allocated. The contract is at a mixed price with part of the services remunerated according to the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF in appendix 1) and another part of the purchase order services paid according to the Unit Price Schedule worth Estimated Quantitative Quotation (BPU worth DQE annex 2). The total amount of orders is between annual minimums and maximums such as: No annual minimum Annual maximum: EUR 6, 000 excluding VAT. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months which runs from the date of notification of the contract to the holder. The contract will be renewable 3 times by tacit agreement for a period of one year.
