Services for maintenance and repair of individual heat points (ITP) The customer selects a subcontractor to provide maintenance and repair services for individual heat points (ITP) at addresses: Khmelnytskyi region, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Niginske shosse, 41/1; Khmelnytskyi, Starokostyantinivske shosse, 6/1A. The subject of the purchase is a complex of services to ensure the proper, safe and uninterrupted operation of heating stations, pumping equipment, heat exchangers, shut-off and regulating valves, automation tools and control and measuring devices. The services should include: periodic technical maintenance of ITP in accordance with the requirements of equipment manufacturers; inspection and adjustment automatics; monitoring the operation of pumping equipment and heat exchangers; checking the performance of control and measuring devices; cleaning filters and preventive works; checking the tightness of connections and the condition of pipelines; troubleshooting and execution current repairs; emergency maintenance at the request of the Customer; preparation of equipment for the heating season; drawing up and providing acts of completed work. As part of the commercial offer, the participant must provide: the cost of monthly maintenance on for each object separately; the cost of emergency exit (if available); the cost of repair work or standard hours; the deadline for responding to an emergency request; information about the availability of qualified personnel and material and technical base; information about the experience of implementation similar works; details of the enterprise and the contact person. Preference will be given to participants who provide prompt emergency response and can carry out maintenance of both objects within the framework of one contract.
