Based on the tender, an annual maintenance contract is formed, which includes a fire detector complete maintenance according to the device manufacturer's instructions. Fault corrections and installation work of the detectors are carried out at a unit price as separately agreed. Local fire alarms are agreed on a site-specific basis with an additional labor charge price. There are two suppliers involved framework agreement. Two suppliers are selected to carry out the procurement so that the suppliers of the groups are alternate suppliers to each other. Therefore, one supplier cannot get both groups with a contract.
