Maintenance and repair of rolling stock 2027-2031 - part 1 Maintenance and repair of rolling stock 2027-2031 - part 4 Maintenance and repair of rolling stock 2027-2031 - part 3 Maintenance and repair of rolling stock 2027-2031 - part 2 The subject of the performance of the public contract is performing maintenance and repair services for the client's rolling stock. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into 4 parts, each part of which represents heavy maintenance of other types of vehicles, namely: 1)Heavy maintenance type rolling stock Vario LFR.S, LFR.E, LF2, LF2+, LF2R.S, LF3, LF3/2 (hereinafter referred to as "Part 1"); 2) Heavy maintenance of the Stadler Tango NF2 type rolling stock (hereinafter referred to as "Part 2"); 3) Heavy maintenance of rolling stock type Škoda LTM 10.08, Inekon TRIO (hereinafter only "part 3"); 4) Heavy maintenance rolling stock type Tatra KT8, T3 (hereinafter referred to as "section 4"). A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the tender documentation. Tender attachments No. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 the documentation containing the specification of maintenance services for individual types of vehicles contains confidential information. The contracting authority shall provide the relevant part of the procurement documentation to the qualified participants in the procurement procedure in accordance with § 36, paragraph 8 of the ZZVZ in conjunction with § 96 para. 2 of the ZZVZ only on the basis of a request and against the presentation of a signed agreement on the protection of confidential information (hereinafter referred to as "NDA").
