Tender Details

Procurement for the maintenance and repair of elevators and stairlifts located in the territory of penal institutions and institutions according to the conditions contained in the technical description and the draft framework contract. Elevators and stair lift maintenance and repair Maintenance of elevator and stairlift equipment in penitentiary institutions, carrying out minor repairs and ad hoc troubleshooting based on orders, thus the continuous operation of the elevator and stairlift equipment ensuring its operation. The framework amount of the framework contract: HUF 94, 402, 000 net + VAT, of which the Bidder undertakes to draw 70% (net HUF 66, 081, 400 + VAT). The term of the framework contract is 24 months (or the framework amount exhaustion, whichever condition occurs sooner). If the framework amount is not used up within 24 months, in that case the Tenderer will terminate the scope of the framework contract - the expiration of the original scope of the framework contract for the winning Bidder with a written statement sent at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, the Kbt may extend the period for a maximum of another 6 (six) months, up to a maximum of until the limit amount is exhausted.
