Maintenance and repair of asset protection systems Repair, periodic maintenance and review of asset protection systems for the organizational units of Semmelweis University based on the specifications specified in the public procurement technical description. The Semmelweis Repair, half-yearly maintenance and inspection of property protection technical systems and devices installed on the university premises, during which the condition assessment and full inspection of the systems and devices must be carried out in addition to the half-yearly maintenance, on a monthly basis once based on the definition of the Property Protection Department, also on a random basis for the currently highlighted object. Part of the task is occasional track repair and replacement. Tasks: 1. Inspection During the random inspection a asset protection technical systems and devices must be tested for operational use and any errors must be corrected. During a full inspection, at least the following tasks must be performed: - battery testing, - sensors inspection, - general cleaning of equipment, - checking and setting of camera images, - locks belonging to barriers and access points, - lubrication of moving parts, - inspection of screw connections. 2. Maintenance Maintenance is considered to be in use inspection, repair and maintenance activities for the smooth and safe operation of equipment, including planned preventive maintenance, which is carried out in order to ensure proper use...
