Tender Details

The purpose of the works contract is the maintenance and renovation work of the sanitation network relating to the departmental road network. This framework agreement is concluded with a minimum annual amount of 300, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of 1, 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. a minimum overall amount of 1, 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum overall amount of 5, 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the market. This contract is concluded from the date prescribed by the service order established by the project owner and notified to the holder for a period of one year. It is tacitly renewable three times by the contracting authority, for periods of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years.
