- Form of the contract (see art 2-3 of the consultation regulations) The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders. It is concluded without a minimum amount with the following maximum amounts over the total duration of the framework agreement: - Lot 1: Sector 1 signaling For the Urban Community: it is concluded with no minimum and a maximum of 2, 600, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over its total duration. For the city of Le Havre: it is concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 360, 000 euro(s) Excl. tax over its total duration. - Lot 2: Signaling sectors 2 and 3 The contract is concluded with no minimum and a maximum of 1, 400, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over its total duration.
