Maintenance and installation of mobility management equipment on the territory of the Lyon Metropolis The CRITER mobility management system is an information and control system intended for the operation of urban mobility. It allows the implementation work of the following services: - Supervision of mobility management equipment, contributing to user safety and the proper functioning of transport systems on urban roads - Management of urban road traffic, in particularly during periods of heavy congestion or in the event of events disrupting traffic conditions. - Real-time information for users on travel conditions across the urban area, particularly via transport services the Online Mobility Agency. - Sharing traffic information with institutional or private partners, including the provision of open data from the Lyon Metropolis (Regulatory obligation). - The provision tools allowing the monitoring, maintenance and optimization of the operation of traffic light intersections, in particular the priority systems given to public transport (buses and trams), in accordance with the guidelines of the mobility policy within of the agglomeration. - The acquisition, historicization and valorization of traffic and multimodal travel data (private vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, etc.), with a view to improving knowledge of mobility...
