Remark: Brief description of the order or purchase: The purpose of the assignment is to provide inspection and maintenance services in the field of fire safety: Inspections, maintenance, service and repair of branded fire control panels and fire detectors Bemac. Place of provision of services: the buildings of the Anderlechtse Haard in 1070 Anderlecht 2_Estimation of the assignment: Estimate: €961, 941.20 excluding VAT 3_Duration: Duration of the assignment: 8 years. The duration of 8 years is justified by the regulations for the maintenance of fire control panels in standard NBN_S_21-100-1_2025, chapter 14.4 Preventive maintenance, point k. All power stations meet the conditions for applying the 8-year period. Exceptions One of the fire detection systems is complete renovated in one of the buildings.
