1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF PIGGERY with Contract ID PGA-OPVET2026EDF(CO-BLDG)-CW03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF PIGGERY located at Abra Breeding Station, Calaba, Bangued, Abra. Completion of the Works is required within 22 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
