Tender Details

Maintenance and further development of the digital system of forest management recommendations The object of the acquisition is the maintenance and further development of the current forest management recommendation system (hereinafter also "MHS-Digi") ("service"). The service also includes a system transfer if the current provider changes. MHS-Dig includes a content management system, an interface service, an AI chatbot and a web user interface. The current system is described in more detail in Appendix 1 and Appendix 10. Maintenance and development work is carried out with current technologies, unless otherwise agreed. The content management system is based on Drupal, the interface is implemented with GraphQL and REST, and the web user interface with the NextJS Framework. The system is managed with Kubernetes in a cloud architecture. Further development is focused on improving artificial intelligence functionality, introducing new information content and general functionality improvements. The content of further development is described in more detail in Appendix 1. The procurement quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates and not the contract creates a volume purchase obligation for the customer or an exclusive right to provide the service for the Supplier. The contract period starts with the signing of the framework contract and is valid for 4 years (48 months).
