The purpose of the framework agreement is, on the one hand, to ensure maintenance in operational conditions, maintenance in security conditions and third-party application maintenance (preventive, corrective, evolutionary and adaptive) by resuming the source code of the system information VALERIE (Val-de-Marne Computerized Effluent Exploitation and Regulation) and applications linked to it. It also includes the development of new business applications. On the other hand, its purpose is to maintain the conditions operational, through third-party application and hardware maintenance, and maintenance in security conditions, of the Artificial Intelligence Information System of the Deputy Directorate for Operations (SI IA-DAE), dedicated to the collection and supply of input data to AI engines, and the collection and presentation of their results for the purposes of operating the Val-de-Marne sanitation network.
