1.The subject of the order includes 1.1. Providing ongoing updates to the enova365 software owned and implemented by the Ordering Party; 1.2.OPTION: Analysis of the system environment and configuration of your enova365 application in terms of work ergonomics operator - this is an optional scope. The rules for granting the OPTIONAL scope are described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: "PPU") constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ 1.3. Maintaining the existing enova365 software along with the necessary ones training, 1.4.Assistance outside standard working hours, 1.5. Development of the existing enova365 software along with the necessary training. 2. Scope and description of the subject of the order referred to in section 1 above is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as as: "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: "PPU") constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
