Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of Maintenance Services, Development Services and Expansion Services of the iBTM System - provision from November 28, 2026 (or from the date of signing the contract, if it is signed after that date) for 36 months. i.e. 1.1. benefit iBTM System Maintenance Services 1.2. providing the iBTM System Development Service 1.3. iBTM System Expansion service including: 1.3.1. building an API interface; 1.3.2. providing a data warehouse and a reporting module along with pre-implementation analysis; 1.3.3. production and launching the mailing module. 1.4. conducting instructions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in SWZ Part. III Description of the subject of the contract and in Part IV SWZ (PPU) and annexes to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides obligation of the Contractor applying for the contract to participate in the on-site visit. Failure to participate in the on-site visit constitutes the basis for rejecting the Contractor's offer referred to in Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law. Rules of participation in mandatory on-site visit were specified in part III SWZ section 4.6. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not provide any possibilities application of option law. 7. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer. 8.
