1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for the CEIDG System. The order will be fulfilled by providing: 1) system maintenance services; 2) system development services. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the "Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ)" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and "Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the concluded contract (PPU)" constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
