Reason for the exclusion of tendering for parts:

In this public procurement procedure, the possibility of sub-tenders being further broken down is partly due to the professional technological relationship between the individual bid elements and the tasks to be performed, and partly due to the optimal use of human and technical resourcesis not insured due to reasons in s. Considering that the service subject to the public procurement is essentially the mowing of green surfaces in public areas, it cannot be broken down into additional service elements. With attention to the fact that the Bidder places an ad hoc order for one area at a timet, so its territorial division is not reasonable, and the cost of providing the equipment and human resources necessary for the provision of the service would not be recouped, and would have a significant price-increasing effect. A further breakdown of the parts would negatively affect economic rationality, as it would offer additional partsin the case of providing the opportunity to do so, economic operators would offer a smaller price discount, which would result in a significant increase in the value of the compensation.
