S2.14.02-26-50 - 1 The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services relating to preventive and curative maintenance, all techniques combined, of 4 buildings of the Public Service of Wallonia located respectively in Namur, Wavre, Liège and Arlon. L' framework agreement provides for a 24/7 on-call service, as part of curative maintenance. As part of curative maintenance, interventions will be defined as urgent or non-urgent. Intervention times depend on this definition.
