The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with a service consisting in operating the heat energy measurement and billing system and costs related to water supply and sewage disposal in residential and commercial buildings constituting a resource. TBS Wrocaw Sp. z o. o., for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20266. Detailed information regarding the implementation of the subject of the order can be found in: a) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order b) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Contract template 7. The ordering party does not make reservations, in accordance with Art. 60 and art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, regarding the Contractor's obligation to perform key tasks personally.8.
