Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to maintain cleanliness in the Bieru commune, including in particular the cleaning of open areas belonging to the commune, i.e. sidewalks, squares, squares, chemical spraying with removal of overgrowth, emptying street bins and dog excrement bins, cleaning bus stop lights, boards, benches, removal of illegal landfills, collection of animal carcasses and their disposal, mechanical cleaning of streets.2. The scope of services, individual quantities and their description can be found in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ), template calculation form and in the draft provisions of the contract.3. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that: it sets requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of execution of the order consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
