Part 1 Morskie Oko Protection District 1. The subject of the order is: Maintaining cleanliness in areas open to tourist traffic in 20262. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor that all persons performing the subject of the contract specified in this ToR are trained by the Contractor in the scope of occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations. at the expense and responsibility of this Contractor. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the Employer's requirements for each task with respect to the subject of the order are specified in the annexes to the SWZ.4. The Contractor is allowed to carry out a local inspection of the place of service provision in order to obtain any data that may be useful for preparing the offer as well as implementing and settling the subject of the contract. The cost of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.5. Requirements for employment under an employment contract: 5.1. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the PPL, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor (or subcontractor within the meaning of Article 7 point 27) of the PPL) to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities: cleaning the area with waste generated during tourist traffic and its disposal outside the Tatra National Park5.2. ...
