Maintaining cleanliness and order in the City and Commune of Września 1. The subject of the order is to maintain cleanliness and order in the City and Commune of Września by performing activities related to mechanical and manual cleaning. road surfaces, sidewalks, squares, parking spaces, emptying and removing waste from street bins, and running and operating public toilets in Września. 2. Characteristics and short description of the contract: 1) cleaning of road surfaces by mechanically removing sand and other impurities from the road surface, parking and bus bays, traffic channel islands located at the level of the road, and by transporting the collected sand and other impurities to the landfill. Cleaning road surfaces should be performed mechanically, and in places where specialized equipment cannot be used, manually. Sweeping should be carried out at times when it will not constitute a nuisance for residents or inconvenience to residents road users - the Ordering Party will provide a weekly list of streets to be cleaned; 2) spring washing of road surfaces after current cleaning - the Ordering Party will provide a list of streets to be washed; 3) cleaning road infrastructure in the City and Commune of Września by cleaning areas located in the road lanes of streets and pedestrian routes, i.e. sidewalks, bicycle paths, public parking lots, parking envelopes, ...
