Tenders are invited for Maintaining the Canteen in the Faculty of Business Studies

Refundable Deposit (Rs.) : 5, 000

Non-Refundable Fee (Rs.) : 1, 000

Bidding documents comprising application, terms and conditions could be obtained from the Student and Welfare Division, University of Vavuniya, Pampaiinadu, Vavuniya from 29th January 2024 to 12th February 2024 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on weekdays on payment of a refundable deposit of Rs. 5, 000.00 and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1, 000.00 to the Shroff Counter.

Completed bidding document enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Bids for Canteen" 011 the top left-hand corner should be sent to reach the Deputy Registrar, Student and Welfare Division, University of Vavuniya Pampaimadu, Vavuniya, by registered post before 2.00 p.m. on 19th February 2024 or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Student and Welfare Division.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 12th February 2024 at 2.45 p.m. in the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Student & Welfare Division. All bidders are requested to participate at the meeting for any clarifications to be made by the bidders.

Refundable deposit of Rs. 5, 000.00 will be refunded to the Bidders once the agreements are signed with the successful Bidders.

Bids will be opened in mediately in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at 2.15 p.m. on 19th February 2024 in the Student and Welfare Division.
