1. The subject of the contract is maintaining and servicing the HSM, EHMS and JHMS system with additional services in the form of:
1) 24 months:
- staff system- JHMS/Kadr;
- Personal salaries; HMS/Plac, JHMS/Plac;
- An impersonal remuneration fund; HMS/BFPL, JHMS/BFPL;
- social activity of the university;JHMS/SOC;
- COMMUNITIAL COMPANY; HMS/Kazp;
- virtual staff; EHMS/HR.
- mass payments; HMS/DKAS;
- Academic estate; HMS/Dees and JHMS/Dees;
- Study service - dean's system; HMS/DSYS, JHMS/DSYS;
- Internet recruitment; EHMS/IRKA;
- virtual dean's office; EHMS/DSYS;
- Pensum;EHMS/Pens;
- syllabus; EHMS/SYLA.
2) Development services as part of the basic order up to 1000 man -hours in the period of 24 months counted not earlier than from 01.06.2025 with the proviso that the number of man -hours in one month will not exceed 100 man -hours.
2. DescriptionThe subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ. Detailed terms of the contract and the payment terms are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
