I. Subject matter of the proceedings: 1. Description of the subject of the order: - Maintain fricofin G12 liquid plus packaging 20l - 40 liters. 2. Above. the assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, free from third party rights.3. Documentation accompanying: marking on the product - manufacturer's name, product type/catalog number, CE mark if required in the EU; A current product safety data sheet is required with delivery.4. Required product shelf life: min. 12 months from the date of delivery.5. Performer is obliged to deliver Goods free from substances whose composition, according to the current classification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of December 16, 2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (OJ EU L. of 2008 No. 353, p. 1, as amended), is carcinogenic (category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (category 1A or 1B) or reprotoxic (category 1A or 1B).6. Offer evaluation criterion: 99% price, 1% completion date. II. Conditions of order implementation: 1. Completion date - The order completion date expected by the Ordering Party is 7 business days.
