To repaint the main air intake on the 3rd floor roof (fresh air) located on top of the nursery to address corrosion and paint flaking, which would lead to a deterioration of the ventilation system itself, as well as reduced air quality to the occupants of the building. Scope of work requires sandblasting and repainted finish. Any fasteners or vent hoods may also be reviewed for replacement or repair for proper function. This work will need to be conducted after hours as shutdown of the ventilation systems would be required to avoid dust ingestion into the fresh air shaft. Scaffolding would be used to work at height.
