Overview:
The school-s tech block was partially destroyed by fire in 2019. This has led to the temporary relocation several subjects including Cooking and Textiles. This tender is to address this in a more permanent way, by way of:
• Upgrades to the current Textiles teaching space to remove an internal wall and create storage and office spaces at one end.
• Refurbishment of a section of the tech block that has not been used since the fire. This refurbished space will house the cooking room and adjacent storage area, and will involve construction of a small extension towards the south.
• Make good of section of external hard surfaces - extent to be further advised
