Main contractor - Future Cutting Halls ZBC is hereby pleased to offer the main contract for "The cutting halls of the future". The project concerns a transformation of the former butchery school in the cutting halls. The project is located at the address; Maglegårdsvej 8, 4000 Roskilde. And includes transformation of approx. 5690m2 of which approx. 150m2 extension in the form of a new main entrance. Transformation can be divided into two main areas, where area 1 of approx. 4070m2 has a greater degree of transformation and the remaining approx. 1620m2 to a greater extent is an upgrade of existing premises. In addition to the building, the contract includes the surrounding outdoor areas and farm environments. The undertaking is carried out as a main contract on the basis of the tender documents and a limited "co-design phase". After entering into a contract with the winning bidder, there will be a period to enter into necessary UE agreements and mobilize resources for design, after which the consultant's and contractor's design obligations concurrently completed project for an execution project (main project). This can be seen from construction and work descriptions where contractor planning is included.
