Varhaug Parish Council and Ogna Parish Council are now inviting tenders for the procurement of banking services for the period 01.01.2027 up to and including 30.06.2031, with possibility to extend the agreement for a further 1 + 1 year (30.06.2033). Hå municipality keeps the accounts for and is responsible for the payments for Sirevåg Harbor and Hå parish council. In addition, the municipality keeps the accounts for Nærbø Parish Council, Varhaug Parish Council and Ogna parish council. Jærmuseet keeps the accounts and pays itself. We want the terms of the bank agreement to be able to apply to these organizations if the organizations' governing bodies so wish. How does the municipality want to enter into an agreement that regulates and meets the municipality's needs for banking services, including but not limited to: - day-to-day banking services such as payments to accounts/recipients, withdrawals, deposits - payment services for abroad - payments from users, subsidy authorities etc. - payment of salaries - account holding / group account system and possibly own legal accounts - online banking/file transfers etc. - integration with the municipality's financial system Visma Enterprise - cash cards for social clients - management accounts for social clients - right of withdrawal (option) Documents
