Description of the order: The subject of the public order is the supply of magnetic resonance for the pavilion of imaging methods of the Hospital TGM Hodonin, p.o., and its warranty and post-warranty service and other related performance. The delivery will take place in accordance with the medical purpose and technical conditions, etcaccording to the requirements stated in the tender documentation and according to the technical specification listed in Annex c. 2 of this tender documentation - Technical conditions, where the detailed requirements for the technical solution of the subject of the performance of the public contract are given. This is the delivery of a new, non-refurbished, unused, fully functional oneof the complete medical device, including accessories or technology of the highest quality, provided by the manufacturer and together with all the rights necessary for its proper and undisturbed loading and use by the buyer, including professional assembly, installation, commissioning and including personnel instruction. All activities in relation to the supply must be carried out in accordance with valid CR legal regulations and technical and other standards applicable to the subject of the public procurement in terms of its nature and method of use.
