Magnaflux A-2030 Magnetic Wet Bench
With AC Magnetization or Equal
For Red River Army Depot (RRAD)
Scope. This brand name or equal purchase description sets forth the minimum requirements for the purchase and turn-key installation of one (1) each Magnaflux A-2030 Magnetic Wet Bench with AC Magnetization (or equal). The vendor shall supply any tooling and accessories to allow magnetic particle testing in accordance with the specifications outlined in this PD. The vendor shall provide off-loading, unpacking, setup, and connection to all utilities at the installation location. Utilities will be provided within twenty (20) feet of the installation location. At the completion of the equipment installation, the vendor shall provide on-site operator training at RRAD.
1.1 Place of Performance. The items acquired via this contract shall be delivered, installed, and made fully operational at building 345 automotive machine shop at Red River Army Depot located at Texarkana, Texas 75507.
Period of Performance. The vendor shall furnish and install all equipment, accessories, tooling, and complete all training and technical requirements of this contract no later than 18 weeks after the date of contract award.
Recognized Holidays. The contractor shall not perform on-site work on the following holidays:
