The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out the work as defined by the attached quantity survey and the various reference contract documents. it mainly includes: - the implementation one or more hydraulic road-rail crane(s) available, with operator; - the execution of services such as loading, unloading, handling of ballast, soil, track materials and tools. Several types of machines different, each with its own crane operator, can be requested simultaneously and 2 road-rail type cranes can be requested simultaneously. These machines may possibly be requested to operate on construction sites located in different locations. Each machine is equipped with various means which can be used during the execution of track works (see Part Six of these special specifications). The quantities mentioned in the quantity survey are quantities envisaged annually. Infrabel does not undertake to order all the services or all the quantities mentioned in the quantity survey.
