The City of Hyvinkää's Technology and Environment Department Tilakeskus requests your offer for snowmaking works on properties in 2026-2028 (2028-2030) in accordance with this call for tenders and its attachments. Machine snow works on properties include those performed with work machines machine snow, - machine sandblasting, - snow hauling as well as shoveling and snow loading work performed by the hour. The procurement is carried out through an open procedure and it is a service procurement that exceeds the EU threshold. A framework arrangement is formed from the procurement. To everyone one (1) contract partner will be selected for the sub-area (snow work district). The contract period is valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, and the contract includes the option to implement an option period of (1+1) years. The annual working time is between 1.10 and 30.4 period. The introduction of option periods requires a separate decision by the office holder. Procurement is divided into ten (10) different sub-areas (snow work districts), which contain one or more properties or work sites. The sub-areas are as follows: 1. Subarea / Tapainlinna school, Tanssikallio kindergarten, Riemurinne (ends in 2027) and Kankuri sports park parking area2.
