This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM at https://sam.gov/. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N0040626QS003. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 Effective 10/01/2025, and the DFARS Change notice 10/1/2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS CODE is 333923 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 (millions of dollars). The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, MACGREGOR USA, INC., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
