6. The deadline for submission of tenders is 12:00 noon on Friday, May 5, 2023. Late tenders will not be accepted. If the above-mentioned closing date and time of the bid are closed due to typhoon or force majeure, the above-mentioned closing date and time for submission of tenders will be postponed to the same time on the next first working day.
7. Bidders must submit their bids to the Sports Bureau Headquarters before the deadline, and at the same time pay two hundred and twenty thousand patacas ($220, 000.00) to the Finance and Property Office of the Sports Bureau Headquarters as a temporary guarantee. Bidders can pay in cash, cashier's check payable to "Sports Fund", check or bank guarantee. The guarantee must be issued by a banking institution licensed to legally engage in business in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
8. The total price limit for infrastructure construction consulting services provided by the Macau Grand Prix is MOP 11, 000, 000.00 ($11, 000, 000.00).
