M365 Products and Services The subject of the Public Contract is the use of Microsoft 365 E3/E5 services (hereinafter referred to as "M365"), which consists of Office 365 E3/E5 and Windows 11 Enterprise E3/E5 per user (hereinafter referred to as "SW"). In order to ensure standardization of the IT operational environment and ensuring compliance with the conditions for the acquisition of licenses to the relevant computer programs of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, with its registered office at Atrium Building Block B, Carmenhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer") arises the Client needs to renew user rights to Microsoft software products for the next period. The subject of the Public Contract is to restore to the Contracting Authority the acquisition of user rights to the Manufacturer's SW in the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement program (hereinafter only "MPSA") according to the tender documentation appendix - Appendix No. 6 - Table for determining the tender price for the purposes of evaluating the public contract, (hereinafter referred to as the "License"), whereby the License must enable the Employer to upgrade the computer systems used by him on the platform Windows and obtain software license rights, all through the MPSA program. For this purpose, the supplier is obliged to ensure the renewal of the existing multi-license agreement MPSA No. 4100066909 - for the provision of usage rights to Microsoft products in the form of bulk licensing for the next period from 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027 inclusive.
