This notice concerns a framework agreement for online orders, via an electronic catalog, relating to the supply of current electronic equipment for the French armed forces.
The project market involves a sufficiently wide range of supplies to meet the diversity of needs.
This project is aimed exclusively at manufacturers or distributors of electronic components, having a range of products developed and accessible directly online (catalog electronic) and with payment by purchasing card. It essentially concerns equipment for everyday use, not specialized, inexpensive and easy to supply within very short deadlines of less than 30 days.
Form of the market:
This notice concerns a defense or security contract having as its object the supply of current electronic equipment for the French armed forces.
The framework agreement is for orders by purchasing card 3 on an electronic catalog, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2325-1 of the public procurement code and according to the terms specified in II.2.2.
