m2 metro modernization project - PRm2 MA 2026 003 - Security installations expert As part of the project to modernize the m2 line of the Lausanne metro, several substantial modifications are planned on the fixed installations and on the existing rolling stock. These include in particular the renovation of the electrical installations and the integration of a new automated driving system (CBTC). Furthermore, an increase in the capacity of the line is planned, involving technical and operational adjustments and the acquisition of new rolling stock. This call for tenders concerns expert services in security installations. This must carry out an independent technical expertise of the installations of security and telematics applications directly linked to operational safety and reliability) for the following areas: * Security, * Cybersecurity, * Serviceability (reliability, availability, maintainability, etc.) if this influences on security or cybersecurity, * Security (in the sense of protection against voluntary human actions) if this influences security or cybersecurity. This mandate includes a firm tranche released upon signature of the contract and a tranche optional which will be released according to the needs of the principal.
